1. General Refund Policy
True Edge offers a 14-day refund period on all services, without exception, provided that the service has not yet been accessed, delivered, or commenced. This applies to:
- Digital products (courses, reports, analysis)
- Mentorship or coaching packages (unused sessions)
- Marketing retainers (within the first 14 days of the contract, before work commences)
Once a service has been accessed, consumed, or work has been delivered, it is non-refundable. Completed work is non-refundable in all circumstances.
2. Digital Products (Courses, Reports, Analysis)
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet accessed the content.
- Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or consumed, it is non-refundable.
- This policy is in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m), whereby the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the consumer has started downloading or streaming with prior consent.
3. Mentorship & Coaching Sessions
- Unused prepaid session packages may be fully refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- Sessions cancelled by the client with more than 48 hours notice will be rescheduled at no charge.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be charged in full.
- Sessions cancelled by True Edge will be rescheduled or refunded in full.
4. Marketing Retainer Services
- Marketing retainer agreements require 2 months written notice to cancel, sent to kimmel@fundedtradingblueprint.com.
- No refund is issued for billing periods in which work has commenced or been delivered.
- All work delivered during the notice period remains billable at the agreed rate.
- If a retainer is cancelled within the first 14 days and before any work has commenced, a full refund will be issued.
5. Cancellation Policy
To cancel any subscription, retainer, or ongoing service:
- Send a written cancellation request to kimmel@fundedtradingblueprint.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request — [Your Name]".
- Include your full name, the service you wish to cancel, and your purchase confirmation number.
- We will confirm cancellation within 2 business days.
- For retainers, the 2-month notice period begins from the date of written confirmation of receipt.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We handle each case with care. If you experience exceptional circumstances (illness, technical failure on our end, or service not as described), please contact us and we will review your request individually. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly.
7. How to Request a Refund
- Email kimmel@fundedtradingblueprint.com with the subject "Refund Request — [Your Name]".
- Include your full name, order/invoice number, date of purchase, and reason for the request.
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via the processor used at checkout (Stripe, Sequra, or Split). Processing times depend on your bank, card provider, or the respective processor's refund timeline.
8. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving issues directly and promptly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of access to services and may be disputed.
