These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by True Edge Unipersonal SL, a company registered under the laws of Spain, with registered address at Calle Alejandro Dumas 17, Málaga, 29004, Spain, and Tax/VAT ID B26847699 (hereinafter "True Edge", "we", "us", or "our").
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
True Edge provides the following services:
All services are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
All prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our payment processors: Stripe, Sequra, and Split. By providing payment details, you authorise True Edge to charge the agreed amount for the selected service via your chosen processor.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Digital services (courses, reports, analysis) are delivered electronically via GoHighLevel (GHL) within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Mentorship and marketing retainer services begin on the date agreed upon in the service agreement.

All content, materials, course content, reports, and analysis produced by True Edge are the exclusive intellectual property of True Edge Unipersonal SL. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly display any material without prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
